Monitoring
We already applied all required changes to return performance and are currently monitoring the system. Requests that have already been accepted and added to the messaging queue should be processed soon.

Identified
We identified that our API services begin receiving a thousand times more API requests per second than they should be. Our CDN provider Cloudflare, applied DDoS protection to prevent server overloading. We're currently working on returning service performance to 100%.

Investigating
We noticed that our CDN provider Cloudflare, which we are using for communication between microservices, had a communication issue, and some requests may return a response code ~500. We're currently investigating this issue.
