Monitoring
The network issue has already been almost resolved. Most messages are working as they should and are delivered within a few seconds. We expect that during the next hour, deliverability performance will recover to 99% of requests.

Identified
Around 17:30 UTC, one of our cloud/server providers responsible for messaging experienced a network connection issue. We're working only with Tier-3 or Tier-4 server/cloud providers who garuantee 99.9% SLA. Hovewer this incident is an exceptional case when one of the most reliable providers had a major network connection issue.
Currently, we're staying in touch with our server provider and waiting for them to resolve the issue.
